David J. Reilly, CEBS, CBC, GBA

David is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist.  He entered the employee benefits industry in 1995 and has worked tirelessly since to develop ways to better manage health costs for employers, often employing new and innovative approaches to benefits and plan communications. David has a background in pre-tax benefits, which provides a significant advantage in a rapidly shifting healthcare market.  David is a licensed advisor and also holds designations as a Chartered Benefit Consultant and Group Benefits Associate. Amy Q. Reilly, ACS, CBC

Amy entered the employee benefits industry in 1994. She spent 16 years working for a national group life and disability insurance company, before deciding to join Reilly Benefits, where she now manages client and customer services and overall operations. Amy holds an Associate in Customer Service designation and she is also designated a Chartered Benefit Consultant. She specializes in administration and contract language, particularly in the areas of group life and disability benefits. David Wenrich, ACBC

David has been in the benefits industry since 1997.  As a Registered Health Underwriter he is among an elite group of industry professionals who have invested time and effort in advanced training.  He is certified in health care reform studies by The American College and also holds a designation as an Advanced Chartered Benefit Consultant.  His detailed understanding of the market, particularly as it relates to healthcare reform, is matched be few.  David lives in Southern Maryland with his wife and two children and has been involved with numerous organizations including, St. Mary’s Chamber of Commerce, Greenwell Foundation, St. Mary’s College Athletics, and the Human Resource Association of Southern Maryland.    - dwenrich@reillybenefits.com

Michele Faulkner

Michele is an Employee Benefit Consultant with 14 years of service. She spent most of those years with one of the Nation’s largest healthcare companies, where she worked as an account manager. There she coordinated plan design and implementation, employee enrollments, and policy services. A regular leader in her position, Michelle was recognized many times over the years for reaching milestones in client retention, membership growth, and ancillary sales. Tammy L. Wright

Tammy serves as the firm’s Benefits Coordinator. She is a licensed health agent, assisting clients with overall policy management and enrollment, billing, and claims issues. She has 14 years in the industry, having previously worked for one of the nation’s leading healthcare companies and for a regional health care claims administrator. Her knowledge of the delivery system provides a significant advantage in trouble-shooting difficulties that so often arise from the bureaucracy that is health care these days. Mike E. Pierce, CLU, RHU, ChFC

Mike joined Reilly Benefits as an Associate in 2005. Mike managed employee benefits and financial services for nearly 16 years before making a strategic decision to partner with Reilly Benefits. He owns and operates Pierce Financial Group, Inc. in Lothian, Maryland, which specializes in retirement plans, individual investments, and personal estate planning. Mike’s professional designations include Chartered Life Underwriter, Registered Health Underwriter, and Chartered Financial Consultant. He is a past president of the St. Mary’s County and South Anne Arundel Rotary Clubs.
